The Job
Tioga-Sequoia, as always, were very gracious hosts as Numbskull brought one of my favorite bands—Silversun Pickups—to perform at the Beer Garden. I hadn’t seen them live since Live BFD in 2007 and this was my 4th time seeing them live, the first one being at one of the many now-legendary Sound N Visions shows at Howie & Sons. They are now going on being on the road performing for over 20 years and they are still tack-sharp. Lovelytheband opened for them, which was a perfectly safe band to use for this show.
As always, with these things, this isn’t a job anymore. I just get paid for doing shit I’d be doing in the first place.
