Underdog Adventures Logo Design

My sister and I have always had a great fondness for animals. Hers probably more prominent than mine, but her love of dogs really knows no bounds. Aside from her 3 dogs, she started a project called Underdog Adventures, where she and her ragtag team of dog lovers and animal control connections all over the valley collect donations and facilitate the sponsorship of adoption fees for dogs (and other pets) that don’t receive as much attention in the adoption process “until every underdog has their day”.

She specifically requested a dog (an obvious move) to be part of the dog but let me go wild with the design. It took me 4 different versions before we landed on this design.
