So we’ve been in class for a little over 2 weeks and I have yet to see many of you come to class. We have a lot of cameras checked out to you guys and I’d like to have as many of you in there as possible. If we don’t have enough students for class, we run the danger of getting our class canceled, so please make an effort to swing by class to hang out with us in the darkroom. Then, there are some of you guys who have taken this class before (either with myself or another teacher) and are more experienced. If you want to come in and use an enlarger to print a negative you already have or develop a roll of film on your own, which you are more than welcome to do so. And tell your friends to come too! Remember, we meet in Room J-12 on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 3:30 to 5:30.
For those of you who have been attending, we have already developed our first rolls of film. I took the liberty of cutting your film into strips and putting it in negative sleeves which are in the Lost-and-Found box next to the light table. We’ll meet tomorrow (Tuesday, March 12th) again to go over your film and we’ll be picking up where we left off: The details of the lens.
See you in class, troops!
