So, back when I was still an unhinged drunk, I apparently agreed (probably in an advanced state of inebriation) that I would make mini charcuterie platters for my brother-in-law Victor and his fiancé Delena’s wedding. I don’t remember making this deal but I’m not going to back out of something that I probably DID agree to since, well, meat and stinky cheeses are my thing. Eventually my other brother-in-law Eddie came out and helped me put them all together. We did 80 of these; 2 per table and they were assembled the morning of the wedding then transported to the venue. Dry salami roses, strawberries, brie, asiago, grapes, prosciutto and I forget what crackers they were, but they were dope. We had a lot leftover, so I decided to make a few more of these for homies and delivered them today.
