Libelula is a little farm-to-table restaurant in Downtown Fresno attached to the Crest Theater around the corner from Chukchansi Park. They’re one of the few restaurants that I went to pre-pan, survived and it has become one of my favorite joints in the city. Everything is made fresh and everything is a wild fusion of multiple flavors. Just a very well-done eatery in all aspects. Came here with my brother Stephen to grab a quick Sunday lunch before we each bolted to our respective photo gigs. Achiote Cauliflower Tacos are completely vegan, the Chicken & Tots is remarkable as well as the Curry Chicken Tacos.
Follow Libelula and grab some goodness from them. They also do pizzas at Strummers and they’re legitimately-good pies.
